The University Grants Commission (UGC) recognizes the need to promote vocational education on a larger scale and proposes to plan during XII. These centers take vocational training to a new level, offering diplomas and courses beyond B.Voc. Also the degree. The center not only focuses on skills development, but also develops entrepreneurship. The Center can endeavor to maintain the structure of student enrollment in terms of diplomas, advanced diplomas, B.Voc, and graduate studies at the PG level.
